I had 11 kittens as of last night, go out to check on them this morning and I only have 9..found one of the missing ones, he died sometime last night, couldn't find the other missing one. I go to dig a hole to bury the little one in, go back to pick it up and notice something way out of place. I found what was left of my little runt kitten that would follow me all over the place..all that was left of him was his to front legs....what would do that to a poor little kitten? for the time being the remaining 9 kittens are out in the sun, but before dark im going to gather them up and put them in the shed.

Sounds like a Tom cat found them. A Tom will kill the kittens so Mama will come back into heat.

no toms where im at, there are 3 mammas out there too and more females, I just lost another one its eyes just gunked up with puss today, i was cleaning them out, and when I went out to feed them all this one is barely breathing

So if there are no Toms in your area, where did the kittens come from?

I have empathy for you ..and those poor kittens!
